This Intermediate carving class will give you the opportunity to hone your carving skills to the next level. We will review sharpening and delve into more Multi-faceted carving projects. We will also touch on the beginning aspects of design.
To be able to participate in this class you should have either taken our Relief Carving 3-day class or have some prior relief-carving experience.
This class starts on Thursdays and finishes on Saturday. Class starts at 9am, lunch break from 12-1 and finishes around 5pm.
You’ll need the same tools for this class as you did for the Relief Carving class, which are listed below:
- 2/20 or flat 20MM
- 3F/6 this one for instance is #3 curve, F means fishtail, then after the slash is the metric width (in this case 6MM)
